The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 140                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the information that must be included with                                                              
    certain notices provided for the proposed adoption, amendment, or                                                           
    repeal of a regulation."                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
HB 140 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
